  I had Gosman build my pole barn. The barn is nice but the sub-contractor they hired to put up my garage doors has been a nightmare. The company was Midwest Doors from Madison Indiana and the owners name is Rob. He had his employees come out on November 4th, 2017 and they put up my doors and installed the openers. The one thing I asked for was keypads as well. He told me that day that he had to order them and they had not come in yet. Like a fool I went ahead and paid for the keypads because he told me they would be back out to install them in the next week or two. I have had to call him several times asking for the keypads with no luck. I asked that he mail them to me with no luck. My last resort was to just ask for my money back and again no luck. Rob is a thief and a liar. When talking with Gosman they told me they have no control over their sub-contractors. I do agree with that to a point. Gosman should be responsible for who they hire.
  
  Since I posted this and I told Gosman I was going to post this, the owner of Gosman has contacted me and pretty much forced Rob, the garage door guy, to return my money for the keypads I paid for but never received. Eric, the owner of Gosman, has called again to make sure the check I received from Rob has cleared. I was sick and just deposited the check yesterday. I have not received any notification from the bank stating it hasn’t but will make sure in a couple of days.
  
  I give kudos to Eric for making this right. I appreciate everything that Eric did to make this right. If you go to Gosman to have a barn built just make sure it’s not Rob who does your doors.
